Fired DoorDash driver Livia Rose Henderson is facing felony charges for recording a naked man asleep on his couch and accusing him of sexual assault.
Some news stories make you blink twice. Then three times. Then you sit back and say, “What did I just read?” This is one of those stories. According to reports, a former DoorDash driver, Livia Rose Henderson, has been arrested after allegedly recording a naked man asleep on his own couch, and then accusing him of sexual assault. Yes, you read that correctly.
According to Henderson, the incident occurred on October 12, 2025, when she arrived at a customer’s residence to complete a contactless delivery. She claims the customer was lying exposed on his couch with his pants and underwear down, and that the encounter was captured on video.
“I was a victim of sexual assault by a DoorDash customer while doing my job,” she said in a TikTok post. Henderson reported the customer to DoorDash and said the company subsequently banned the individual.
Well, DoorDash also issued a statement concerning deactivation of Livia’s account and the brouhaha surrounding the issue.
“We take reports of this nature with the utmost seriousness. At the same time, publicly sharing videos taken inside a customer’s home, especially when personal information is visible, raises significant privacy concerns and constitutes a clear violation of our policies. To protect everyone’s safety and privacy, we have deactivated both the Dasher’s and the customer’s accounts and are working directly with law enforcement for additional guidance.”
Now, Livia Rose Henderson is facing felony charges for recording the incident. The question remains, how can a sleeping naked man assault anyone?

In the end, this story proves one thing: some people should not be trusted with food deliveries, phone cameras, or imagination.
