Just before headlines exploded with news that she once again didn’t pass the bar exam, the reality queen turned wannabe lawyer dropped a series of thirst trap photos and went off on social media.
It’s kind of iconic. Only Kim Kardashian could turn a bad day into a viral moment and make it look like a photoshoot was part of the plan. Failing the bar? Minor detail. Looking flawless while doing it? Now that’s a strategy. She might not be a licensed attorney (yet), but she’s definitely the CEO of hotness.
The All’s Fair star, 44, flaunted her curves in a sheer black mesh gown while lounging in a tropical setting, looking more like a carefree bombshell on vacation than a nervous would-be attorney.
She’d been gearing up for the results of her grueling two-day July exam — which included 200 multiple-choice questions, five essays, and a 90-minute performance test — but when 5 p.m. rolled around, her Instagram suddenly went silent.
Fans who expected a celebratory update were left puzzled, quickly sparking speculation online.
One fan quipped, ‘She’s studying for a retake.’
As to why Kim Kardashian has been mute on news of her alleged failure in the Bar Exam, only Kris Jenner can tell.
Kim has spent six years working on a law apprenticeship — the unconventional path that allowed her to bypass law school — before officially wrapping the program on May 21, 2025.
She passed the ‘baby bar’ on her fourth try in December 2021, clearing the first major hurdle on her way to becoming a licensed attorney.
Later she faced the notoriously brutal California bar, considered the hardest in the nation, with one of the lowest pass rates.
So while the world debated her legal future, Kim reminded everyone she’s still undefeated in the court of public opinion. The bar exam might’ve won this round, but the internet belongs to Kim K! Better luck next time!
