It was an awkward moment when Ben Affleck and ex-wives Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Garner met at their kids’ school.

But leave it to Ben Affleck to turn a normal school event into an awkward headline.
Reports say Ben Affleck ended up at the same school play as both of his ex-wives, Jennifer Garner and Jennifer Lopez. Yes. Both Jennifers. Same room. Same play. Same kids performing. Zero escape routes.
If that sounds uncomfortable, it probably was.
The former couple were photographed at the performance, where their children, Fin and Emme, performed together.
Lopez arrived at the school event accompanied by her longtime manager Benny Medina and her mother, Guadalupe Rodríguez.
Photos show the singer and actress dressed in a tailored blazer as she entered the venue, staying close to her inner circle while waiting for the performance to begin.
Affleck, meanwhile, attended with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and their son Samuel, 13.
Could this be the most awkward moment that happened in 2025?
The actor was seen arriving in the same vehicle as Garner, who sat in the passenger seat as they pulled up to the school together.
Inside the venue, images captured Lopez and Affleck standing on opposite sides of a crowded hallway as parents and guests filtered in.
In one photo, Lopez is seen speaking with someone while Affleck appears several feet away, surrounded by other attendees, with no visible exchange between the two.
Affleck and Garner’s son, Samuel, however, enjoyed a friendly chat with his former stepmother.
Imagine your ex-husband walking away with his ex-wife while you exit the event all alone? A second heartbreak?
After the show, Affleck and Garner were photographed leaving together, with the actor later driving away as Garner remained seated beside him in the car.
Lopez, meanwhile, exited separately with her entourage following the performance.
The lesson here is simple. Fame fades. Oscars collect dust. But school plays? They expose everything.
And somewhere in that audience, Ben Affleck probably wished he could vanish during intermission.
