All The Emails Between Giants Owner Steve Tisch and Jeffrey Epstein

Newly released documents from the U.S. Department of Justice detail a series of 2013 email exchanges between New York Giants co-owner Steve Tisch and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, in which Epstein appeared to connect Tisch with multiple women and provided personal assessments of them. The communications, part of more than 3 million pages released Friday, show Tisch inquiring about the women’s backgrounds and Epstein offering “scouting reports,” including discussions of whether they were “pro or civilian” or “working girls.”

Tisch’s name appears at least 440 times in the documents, with most correspondence dated to 2013. The emails, first reported by The Athletic, include references to meetings, personal details and invitations, though Tisch has said their association was brief and that he regrets it.

Here is a chronological breakdown of the key email exchanges detailed in the files:

April 21, 2013

In an email appearing to set up a meeting, a woman named Katya wrote to Epstein: “Ok,Jeffrey, I’ll be in blue loose pants and white loose shirt.” She added, “I googled Steve Tisch he is oscar winner producer, and Giants owner.I’d love to meet him. My phone number is [redacted].” The message suggests Epstein was facilitating an introduction.

April 26, 2013

An email thread with the subject line “Ukrainian Girl” began with Tisch writing to Epstein: “Hi Jeffrey I just had lunch with your assistant’s friend [redacted] who I met at your house Wed morning Very sweet girl Do you know anything about her?”

Epstein replied: “no, but i will ask … I will get all info, did you contact the great ass fake tit [redacted] shes a character short term, has an older boyfriend going to acting school, a 10 ass. I am happy to have you as a new but obviosly shared interest friend.”

Tisch responded: “Curious to know about [redacted] I will contact [redacted] … pro or civilian?”

Epstein followed up: “Do you want to know if she is sweet as she seems?” and added details: “Boyfriends? Trustworthy, etc. she is earnest [redacted] is a civilian but russian, and rarely tells the truth , but fun.” He later wrote: “send me a number to call I dont like records of these conversations.”

The next day, Epstein emailed: “Report just in, ——you did very well , she wants to go to the play,, –she is a little freaked by the age difference but go slow and wati, i will try to convince her not to return to ukraine , having her crying worked.”

May 13, 2013

Tisch forwarded an introductory email to a woman (name redacted) to Epstein: “Jeffrey Epstein is very excited about you and I meeting each other,” and added, “I like that idea. Do you?” He proposed meeting in New York and then Boston, saying, “Let me know if my schedule gives you an opportunity to get together please,” and “Your picture is great!”

May 15, 2013

Epstein replied to Tisch about the woman: “she is traveling. Not sure when she returns to florida. She is a micro biology major and is still in university, so i doubt she could travel during the week, but we’ll see. You should also make it clear that you will orgaznie [sic] her ticket.”

Late May 2013

Tisch followed up: “Never heard back from her. Oh well…”

In another May exchange, Epstein offered to invite a Russian woman: “I can invite the (Russian) … to meet if you like.” Tisch, while in an NFL meeting, responded: “Still in NFL meeting,” and a minute later asked, “Is she fun?”

June 2013

Multiple exchanges occurred in June. In one, Epstein described a woman: “(Tahitian) speaks mostly french exotic.” Tisch asked: “Working girl?” Epstein replied: “Never.”

In another: Tisch asked, “Is my present in NYC?” Epstein said, “Yes.” Tisch followed: “Can I get my surprise to take me to lunch tomorrow?”

Epstein wrote about another: “Did you contact the great ass fake tit (name redacted) she’s a character, short term, has an older boyfriend going to acting school, a 10 ass.” Tisch replied: “Thanks Jeffrey. Curious to know about (name redacted). I will contact (name redacted) … pro or civilian?” Epstein: “civilian, but Russian, and rarely tells the full truth, but fun.”

After a meeting, Epstein reported: “report just in, you did very well, she wants to go to the play, she is a little freaked by the age difference but go slow … i will try to convince her not to return to Ukraine. having her crying worked.” Tisch: “Nice report … Funny comment on crying!!!”

Tisch emailed nearly 2 a.m. about another: “I met [redacted] … she is adorable.” Epstein: “glad to help.”

Indirectly, a woman emailed Epstein: “Gonna meet Steve Tisch next week for a dinner. He said that he gonna work on 3 movies starting June. So I’ll ask if I can read scripts and maybe audition for some part.”

September 2013

Tisch offered Epstein two tickets to his suite for a Giants game and invited him to others. Epstein invited Tisch to his private island in the Caribbean. It is unclear if Tisch accepted.

The emails also included invitations for walks and lunches in New York. Tisch used the email address “gumptower” in some communications.

In a statement, Tisch said: “We had a brief association where we exchanged emails about adult women, and in addition, we discussed movies, philanthropy, and investments. I did not take him up on any of his invitations and never went to his island. As we all know now, he was a terrible person and someone I deeply regret associating with.”

Epstein died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. The documents stem from ongoing releases related to his case.
