The false claim began with a post from the parody X account Hoops Crave, which suggested YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, was set to welcome another child with Alayah, the ex-girlfriend of streamer Kai Cenat. The post quickly went viral, amassing shares across platforms like Instagram and Facebook, where users speculated about the 26-year-old rapper’s growing family.
Alayah has publicly denied the pregnancy and any romantic involvement with YoungBoy, according to reports. No credible evidence supports the allegation, and multiple fact-checking sources confirmed the story as fabricated for engagement.
YoungBoy, known for hits like “Outside Today,” has 13 confirmed children with multiple partners, including recent additions reported in 2025. Earlier rumors in July 2025 suggested he might be expecting a 13th and 14th child with ex-partners Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather and wife Jazlyn Mychelle, but those claims remain unconfirmed beyond the 13th.
