Olivia Dunne did not come to blend in. She came to dominate and she did exactly that at the annual Baseball Writers’ Association of America Awards Dinner in New York.
The former LSU gymnastics star showed up wearing a fiery red, crushed velvet, fitted gown that basically screamed “winner’s plus-one.” The dress was bold, the color was loud and the fit was perfect. Cameras had no choice but to cooperate.

Dunne was there for her MLB boyfriend, Paul Skenes, who was being recognized after an impressive 2025 season. While Paul collected praise for throwing baseballs very fast and very accurately, Olivia collected eyeballs. Lots of them.

In just his second season in the majors, Skenes clinched a unanimous National League Cy Young Award victory after leading the big leagues with a 1.97 ERA while striking out 216 batters.
Fans loved the couple vibe. Supportive. Stylish and very online. It felt like a power duo moment, but make it sports.
Paul earned his flowers for a huge 2025 season. Olivia made sure the night felt unforgettable. Together, they turned a formal awards dinner into a headline machine.
