Kennedy Stidham, wife of Denver Broncos quarterback Jarrett Stidham, is a former Baylor University soccer player, lifestyle influencer and mother of three.
Born Kennedy Brown in November 1996, she grew up in Kingwood, a suburb of Houston, Texas, as the oldest of four sisters — Addison, Nicolette and Chloe — raised by parents Tad and Janice Brown. Her father, Tad Brown, serves as CEO of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, the ownership group behind the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers and the NHL’s New Jersey Devils.
Stidham attended Baylor University, where she competed as a Division I soccer player and earned All-Big 12 first-team honors. She pursued studies in journalism and public relations.
She met Jarrett Stidham in 2015 at Baylor, where he was a freshman quarterback for the Bears football team. Their relationship began during their student-athlete years on campus. After Jarrett Stidham transferred to Auburn University in 2017 following the 2015 season and a semester at McLennan Community College, the couple maintained a long-distance relationship for approximately two years.

Jarrett Stidham proposed on July 6, 2018. The couple married on June 29, 2019, at The Astorian in Houston — the same year he was selected by the New England Patriots in the fourth round of the NFL Draft.
The Stidhams have three children: daughter Lennon Love (born April 1, 2022), son Madden Thaddeus (born March 17, 2024), and daughter Nella Jay (born Oct. 6, 2025).
Kennedy Stidham works as a lifestyle influencer and YouTuber. She has built a following of more than 100,000 on Instagram and 20,000 subscribers on YouTube, where she shares vlogs on motherhood, family life and her experiences supporting her husband through his NFL career.
The couple has frequently described their partnership as rooted in friendship and shared values, with Kennedy noting in a 2023 video that she knew Jarrett was “the one” when comfortable silence felt natural between them.
