Chiefs Mike Pennel Jr. Says Jhonni Blaze is Extorting Him With Domestic Violence Accusation

Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Mike Pennel Jr. has fired back at social media personality Jhonni Blaze, claiming she is attempting to extort him with fabricated allegations of domestic violence and a nonexistent pregnancy.

In a series of Instagram Stories posted Saturday, Pennel directly tagged Blaze — a former video vixen known for her online presence and past appearances in music videos — and accused her of a months-long harassment campaign.

“She tried to extort me so Many times. Fake pregnancy fake domestic violence All for money… @bigjhonni,” Pennel wrote in one post. He added in another: “@bigjhonni You crashing out because i wont let you extort me??? Mental health is real. Somebody save her…”

Pennel, whose full name is Michael Maurice Pennel Jr., further alleged that Blaze has ignored a restraining order he obtained against her, evaded service on it and disregarded a cease-and-desist letter from his attorney. He shared screenshots appearing to show PayPal payment requests from Blaze ranging from small amounts to as much as $50,000 and claimed the dispute is an “ongoing harassment scheme.”

The public exchange escalated after Blaze, who says she dated Pennel since March of last year, posted accusations earlier this week alleging verbal abuse, infidelity involving multiple women and an incident that led to her mother’s hospitalization. She claimed to have 15,000 messages as proof and insisted she had stayed silent for two years to protect him before deciding to speak out.

Blaze has denied the existence of any restraining order and vowed to “stand on” her claims, later sharing what she described as receipts including OnlyFans activity showing Pennel as a subscriber who allegedly sent her money. She also reportedly leaked his phone numbers on social media.

Pennel responded by posting video and additional messages, writing that “EVERYTHING will be revealed… PUBLICLY GOD BLESS” and accusing Blaze of tagging him in a “fake story for a month” while evading legal service.

The back-and-forth has played out entirely on social media, with both parties deleting and reposting content as the feud intensified.

No criminal charges have been filed against either side, and the NFL has not commented on the matter. Pennel, a veteran defensive lineman who has played for several teams including the Chiefs, has not addressed the situation beyond his Instagram posts.

Blaze, whose real name is often associated with her online persona @bigjhonni, has not issued a further public statement since the initial allegations surfaced.

The situation remains fluid, with both individuals continuing to post updates as of Saturday evening. Legal experts note that such he-said-she-said disputes frequently hinge on documented evidence, messages and court filings, several of which both parties claim to possess.
