Lana Rhoades Says Her Baby Daddy Doesn’t Want to Be Exposed

Former adult film actress Lana Rhoades said in a recent podcast appearance that the biological father of her son wants to remain anonymous and has no interest in public association with her, adding that she does not plan to pursue child support.

Rhoades, 29, appeared on the “Raw Talk” podcast while holding her son, Milo, born Jan. 8, 2022. She told the host the man “doesn’t want to be seen with me and wants to remain anonymous for reasons I don’t even know.” She said the couple separated — describing it as an immediate “divorce” — right after the child’s birth. Rhoades added that others have urged her to file for child support but she has chosen not to, stating she does not need the money and does not want to “take advantage of the situation.”

Rhoades has consistently declined to identify the father publicly since announcing her pregnancy in 2021. She has previously described him as a professional basketball player and said she dated one Brooklyn Nets player around the time of conception. She has also shared that she learned of the pregnancy and told him, after which he reacted negatively. Rhoades has emphasized protecting her son from public scrutiny tied to her past career in adult films, including efforts to have her old content removed from the internet.

The decision to keep the father’s identity private aligns with her stated priority of shielding Milo from potential backlash and maintaining a low-conflict co-parenting dynamic. Rhoades has said she is not seeking financial support because she is financially independent and wants to avoid escalating the situation.

Speculation on the Father’s Identity Despite Rhoades’ silence, social media users and online commentators have speculated for years about possible candidates, primarily NBA players linked to the Brooklyn Nets during the relevant period. No paternity has been confirmed by Rhoades, any of the individuals named or through legal proceedings, and all references below reflect unverified public speculation based on her past statements, social media activity and online discussion.

The leading names cited in rumors include:

  • Blake Griffin: The most persistent speculation centers on the former NBA slam dunk champion, who played for the Nets in 2021. Online observers have repeatedly pointed to claimed physical resemblances between Griffin and Milo, and some early podcast commentary amplified the rumor. Griffin has never publicly addressed the speculation.
  • Kevin Durant: Early rumors focused on Durant, also a Nets player at the time, after Rhoades described dating a Nets player and mentioned the man was a Libra (Durant’s astrological sign). She has not confirmed any relationship with him.
  • Bruce Brown Jr.: Some fans speculated after Rhoades posted an Instagram clip featuring the then-Nets player (now with the Denver Nuggets) in 2023. Commenters interpreted it as a possible hint, though Rhoades provided no explanation.

Other NBA names have surfaced occasionally in online chatter, but the above three have generated the most sustained discussion. Rhoades has not engaged with or confirmed any of the speculation.

Rhoades left the adult film industry several years ago and has built a career as a social media influencer and content creator. She has spoken openly about regretting aspects of her past work and her concerns about how it might affect her son as he grows older. In the podcast clip that circulated widely Wednesday, she appeared focused on her child’s well-being rather than revisiting old rumors.

As of Thursday, neither Rhoades nor any potential father has issued further public comment on the matter.
