Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry and his wife Ayesha Curry swapped the basketball arena for the desert stage lights, making a high-profile appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on Saturday night.
Just one day after the Warriors’ season concluded with a play-in tournament loss to the Phoenix Suns, the couple was spotted enjoying the 2026 festival in Indio. The four-time NBA champion, 38, finished his 17th professional season averaging 26.6 points, 4.7 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game despite missing 39 regular-season contests with injuries.
Social media photos showed the Currys dancing and taking in the atmosphere, including a late-night set by Justin Bieber. Ayesha Curry drew attention in a stylish open-top outfit, while Stephen Curry’s brother, Seth, appeared in the background of some images. Ayesha later shared a photo on her Instagram Story, simply captioning it “loverrr.”
The outing offered a quick reset for the Currys following a challenging year for the Warriors. Head coach Steve Kerr’s contract is expiring, leaving the franchise’s future uncertain after what many viewed as the end of a dynasty era.
Stephen and Ayesha Curry met as teenagers in a North Carolina church youth group and married in 2011. They are parents to four children: daughters Riley, 13, and Ryan, 10, and sons Canon, 7, and Caius, 1. The festival visit is among several recent public appearances the couple has made together outside of basketball.
It was not the first time the Currys have attended major music events, but the timing provided a timely escape after the Warriors fell short in the postseason.
