Abdul Carter and Jaxson Dart Give Each Other a Hug After Donald Trump Drama

Two football players share a celebratory hug, one in a red jersey with the number 2 and name on the back, the other in blue, standing outside glass doors.

Abdul Carter and Jaxson Dart were seen cuddling during practice, just days after NY Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart ignited a full-fledged locker room uproar by presenting President Donald Trump at an event in New York.

At Friday’s OTAs at Big Blue’s East Rutherford, NJ facility, which was the first time the players had practiced since the issue last week, all eyes were on Jaxson and Abdul Carter, and there was not a hint of conflict between the two guys.

Cameras were rolling as the players walked up to each other, giving each other a quick pat on the back before giving each other a brief hug while exchanging confidential words.

After that, Dart and Carter parted ways.

The media also met with both athletes. In a minute-long message, Dart gave background on his choice to accept POTUS’ invitation and highlighted his family’s military service. JD also mentioned how the locker room is a melting pot of diverse ideologies.

When Carter spoke, his tone was somewhat different.

Not only did Jaxson and Abdul address the situation, but John Harbaugh, the team’s new head coach, also said so, indicating that his squad was better than it was prior to the Trump event.

Now that everyone has voiced their opinions, the G-Men will try to proceed.
