NFL offseason drama has officially entered its reality TV era. This time the spotlight is on Fred Johnson after his now ex-girlfriend, Lyss Okada, went viral on TikTok with claims that the Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle dumped her while she was eight months pregnant and allegedly started chasing women on dating apps.
And if that sounds messy, buckle up.
Okada posted multiple emotional TikTok videos explaining the situation, and social media immediately grabbed popcorn and settled in like it was the season finale of a reality show. In one video, suitcases could be seen sitting in the background while she talked about being kicked out and dealing with heartbreak during pregnancy.
@lyssokada That would be crazy right?!

According to Okada, the breakup blindsided her, and she claims Johnson quickly pivoted from preparing for fatherhood to exploring the exciting world of dating apps, because apparently some people treat relationships like expired free trials.
Johnson has been offered the chance to comment by Daily Mail via his representatives but as of Sunday night, they have not replied. On his Instagram, however, he has posted cryptic messages about knowing when you’re emotionally smart and how the ‘smartest flex isn’t revenge’.
In happier times, the couple kickstarted 2026 by posting several updates together on social media announcing that they would be welcoming a baby girl later this year.
Now, though, things have changed drastically according to Okada.
‘Hypothetically, if a man were to kick out his eight-month pregnant girlfriend and unborn daughter and be on Hinge the very next day looking for women to have fun with, hypothetically you would not think that man is a good man or good father,’ she said in a lengthy video on Friday.
‘You would not think that man would have any form of decency, integrity or have morals. If, hypothetically, those situations were true, those would be some sh***y f***ing people, in my opinion.’
Honestly, TikTok has become the modern version of daytime television. Forget private conversations. If something goes wrong in a relationship now, there’s a strong chance ring lights and emotional background music will be involved within 24 hours.
Then, in another video shared on TikTok on Sunday, the 31-year-old Okada hit out at some of the responses she has seen in the days since her apparent split with Johnson.
‘I just truly think it’s time people stop blaming women for the partners they choose,’ she said. ‘And start blaming partners for pretending to be something that they are not.
‘What I’ve realized is there are so many people quick to say “what did you do” or “you knew what you were getting yourself into”. That is not true.
‘No woman ever knowingly goes into a situation thinking this person is going to hurt me, this person is going to lie to me, this person is going to be a completely different person to the one he is showing me.’
She also appears to have blocked Johnson on her Instagram account. He is no longer tagged in the posts she shared months ago announcing her pregnancy.
One thing is certain. The Eagles offensive line probably expected offseason headlines about football. Instead, fans are discussing TikToks, dating apps, suitcases, and relationship chaos.
