Social media influencer Tianna Robillard says her June 2024 breakup with Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Cody Ford left her dealing with what she described as post-traumatic stress disorder as she worked to rebuild trust after alleging infidelity by her former fiancé.

In an interview with the Daily Mail published this week, Robillard, 30, discussed the emotional toll of the split, which came roughly two months after the couple announced their engagement in April 2024. She has not held back on the impact she says the alleged betrayal had on her mental health.

Robillard told the outlet she struggled significantly with trust issues afterward. “I really struggled learning to trust again,” she said. “It’s really difficult once you learn that things can happen like that and that people are capable of things that you didn’t think before.”

She directly compared her experience to PTSD. “Getting out of that state of almost like… [you think], it’s gonna happen to me again. No matter how amazing someone is, it’s gonna happen again. It’s like PTSD, kind of,” Robillard stated. “I’ve really had to do a lot of healing to get out of the PTSD of it all, and it’s still not all the way gone.”

Robillard and Ford, 27, met in February 2022 through mutual friends. They got engaged in April 2024. According to Robillard, the relationship took a sharp turn in May 2024 after a disagreement over a work opportunity in Paris. She alleged Ford was unsupportive of her career move.

She said she later received a message from a fan pointing her to Instagram DMs. Robillard claimed she then obtained what she called “receipts,” including screenshots showing Ford had shared the address of their Cincinnati home with other women while he was in Ohio for organized team activities. She described feeling that her “world was fake,” especially since the proposal had come only a month earlier.

Robillard publicly confirmed the breakup in a June 2024 TikTok video. Ford has not publicly addressed the allegations.

Robillard has since entered a new relationship. She met musician and influencer Adrian Nuñez during New York Fashion Week in September 2024 and began dating him in December 2024 — roughly six months after her split from Ford. She has described Nuñez as someone with “integrity” she can lean on during difficult times and has tied the choice of a supportive partner to her healing process.

The timeline shows Robillard met her current partner about three months after ending her engagement and began the new relationship several months later.

Robillard has spoken publicly about focusing on self-worth and continued healing while navigating life after the high-profile split. The story has drawn renewed attention this week following her latest comments.
