Fans Trashes Tom Brady For Naming His New Coconut Drink ‘Good Nut’

Leave it to Tom Brady to spend decades building one of the greatest brands in sports history and then have the internet lose its mind over two simple words: Good Nut.

Yes, that’s the actual name of Brady’s new coconut-based drink, and social media wasted absolutely zero seconds turning it into a comedy festival.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion probably expected people to discuss the drink’s health benefits, ingredients, and nutritional value. Instead, fans immediately focused on the name and started firing off jokes faster than Brady used to throw passes to his receivers.

‘When you have a product this good, it doesn’t matter what it is called,’ Brady says in the commercial for the drink.

He also captioned it: ‘Available in three delicious, all-natural flavors, including the only certified organic chocolate coconut water… Tag a friend who needs a Good Nut.’

Kay Adams, the popular NFL presenter of ‘Up and Adams’, didn’t miss the joke, simply commenting: ‘Tom.’

But some of his fans found the name a bit awkward. One responded to the announcement on X with the caption: ‘He is reaching levels of Divorced never thought possible.’

Another said: ‘I used to love Tom… but he is daily cringe.’

A different fan commented: ‘People are about to spend $8 on a drink just to say they got some Good Nut from Tom Brady.’

The internet remains undefeated but Tom Brady is cashing out!

It seems like it will be Brady having the last laugh. The drink, which is actually priced at $3.29, is launched in partnership with Gopuff and as per a report by Fox Business, the market for coconut water is expected to be worth around $11billion by 2030.

Brady is also notoriously health-conscious and has always paid a huge level of attention to what he eats and drinks – especially during his playing career with the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Whether fans love it, hate it, or spend the next month making jokes about it, everyone is talking about it.

So congratulations to Tom Brady. The drink launched, the internet laughed, and somehow, everybody won.
