Former multi-division boxing champion Adrien Broner reacted live on a Kick stream Thursday after a woman filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery and assault stemming from incidents in June.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Havana Saint sued Broner, streamer Nurideen Shabazz (known as DeenTheGreat), and the streaming platform Kick. The suit, reported Thursday, alleges Broner invited Saint and her friends to an after-party on June 2, 2026, encouraged her to drink heavily until she was too intoxicated to drive, and then pressured her for sexual acts including intercourse, oral sex and a hand job.
Saint claims Broner exposed himself and grabbed her hand in an attempt to force sexual contact. She said she repeatedly refused, telling him she was not interested in men and preferred women. The next day, June 3, Broner allegedly expressed anger that nothing sexual had occurred, attempted to drag her upstairs (which she refused), and continued pressuring her, the documents state.
A separate incident around June 8 allegedly occurred at a Los Angeles County livestream residence. Saint claims Broner physically pulled or dragged her to his Encino home and again pressured her for sex, which she declined. She and friends stayed overnight. The following morning, while on a livestream, Broner allegedly doused her with ice water, an act she says caused public humiliation and emotional distress in front of thousands of viewers. Saint maintains she never had sex with Broner. The suit further alleges Broner made defamatory comments on stream implying sexual contact occurred.
Saint is suing Broner for sexual battery and assault. She is suing both Broner and Shabazz for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, alleging Shabazz falsely claimed on stream that she had engaged in sexual contact with multiple people at the residence. Kick is named for negligence, with the complaint accusing the platform of failing to remove related content, investigate the alleged behavior or suspend the accounts.

Clips circulating online show Broner and DeenTheGreat learning of the lawsuit during a stream. The pair appeared stunned. Broner dismissed the allegations as fake, continued dancing and flexing stacks of cash on camera, and at points discussed quitting streaming. In one segment, he and others argued about him spending thousands of dollars on women shortly after the news broke. TMZ reported it had reached out to Broner for comment and received no immediate response.

Broner, 36, known as “The Problem,” is a four-division world champion whose career has been marked by both highlight-reel performances and off-ring controversies. In recent years he has shifted heavily into livestreaming content, often partnering with DeenTheGreat on Kick. The lawsuit comes as the pair have focused streams on training and lifestyle content.
The case was filed in Los Angeles. Allegations in a civil lawsuit are unproven, and the defendants are entitled to respond in court. No criminal charges related to these specific claims have been publicly reported.
