Sydney Sweeney has done it again. The actress and entrepreneur decided to promote her clothing brand the old-fashioned way: by modeling the outfits herself and letting the internet do the rest.
Spoiler alert: it worked.
Sweeney’s latest social media post promoting the new SYRN collection racked up a ridiculous 1.7 million likes faster than most people can decide what to watch on Netflix.
The collection is called “Small Town Girl,” which sounds innocent enough.
Cute name, simple concept, comfortable pieces for everyday life, and relaxed vibes.

You know, the kind of clothes people wear while drinking coffee, reading books, or pretending they’re going to start jogging tomorrow.
In the campaign images, Sweeney wears a light seafoam-colored set featuring the “First Base Scoop Neck” bra and the “Back For More” high-waisted boxer shorts. The bra is priced at $39, while the boxer shorts cost $16. She completed the look with the oversized unisex “Better On You” pants, which are available for $79.
Alongside the photos, Sweeney invited fans to check out the new collection with a simple message. “Are you a small town girl? she wrote.
The actress also shared a video promoting the launch, where she dances while wearing the same outfit. The official Syrn Instagram account described the moment as a celebration of the collection’s release, writing, “Launch day for @sydney_sweeney. ‘Small Town Girl’ is officially available on SYRN.”
Why pay for billboards when Instagram exists? Why buy television ads when millions of people willingly volunteer to become your marketing department?
Business schools should honestly study this strategy.
Judging by those 1.7 million likes, the strategy appears to be working just fine.
