Donald Trump was spotted with golf legends Gary Player and Bryson DeChambeau during a trip to Camp David, but things took an unexpected turn when Trump cut the trip short on Saturday night and returned to the White House.
And yes, DeChambeau was along for the ride. So was his glamorous girlfriend, Mikayla Demaiter.
DeChambeau and Demaiter were seen leaving Marine One at the White House as Trump returned Saturday night.
One other photo showed DeChambeau seated alongside Trump aboard the helicopter as it touched down near the White House.
The White House has not revealed what led Trump to cut his trip to Camp David short — but the unexpected departure coincides with the State Department issuing a security alert stating that there was potential for unforeseen escalation in the Middle East.
The alert also called for Americans to be aware of possible flight cancellations and airspace closures.
There was plenty of attention on Demaiter’s appearance as she stepped off the helicopter. Her presence also added another celebrity twist to an already unusual presidential weekend.
Whatever happened at Camp David, the trip certainly produced a memorable lineup.
Golf clubs, presidential helicopters and celebrity arrivals? At this point, all that was missing was someone asking who brought the snacks.
