Arch Manning may be Texas’ starting quarterback, but apparently he is also keeping up with the internet’s latest nonsense.
After Texas picked up a win, head coach Steve Sarkisian went viral for an awkward post-game moment involving ESPN reporter Holly Rowe. Sarkisian appeared to blow off the interview, leaving Rowe standing there as the coach walked away.
It was already an uncomfortable moment, then the internet did what the internet does best: someone made an AI edit.
And this one took the awkward moment and turned it into something much more ridiculous.

There’s nothing funny about a man smacking a woman, and there’s also nothing cool or interesting about AI content.
Manning’s extra big laugh in the video when he scanned the crowd for someone else who saw the video is especially disappointing. Here’s a link to the video Manning thought was so funny. This is extremely nasty stuff to laugh at, and the fact that he brought this up in a public press conference shows how childish he is at 22 years old.
A coach walks away from an interview, the internet grabs the footage, AI gets involved, and suddenly Texas’ quarterback is watching a completely fictional version of events.

Manning apparently knew immediately that the clip was fake. Thankfully, nobody needs to start investigating Sarkisian for turning a post-game interview into a WWE audition.
The funny part is that Manning was not even directly involved in the original viral moment. He had already completed his own post-game interview without any drama.
But Monday came around, and the quarterback was still thinking about his coach’s viral moment. Clearly, the internet had done its job.
Sarkisian’s decision to skip past Rowe had already generated plenty of discussion. The AI video simply added another layer of chaos to the story.
