According to a report via Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, the New York Yankees, have added another power bat to their lineup.
Mark Reynolds has agreed to a deal with the Yankees, CBSSports.com has learned.
Reynolds will help with their righthanded power, which has been an issue.
He picked the Yankees among four interested teams.
Reynolds, was placed on release waivers by the Cleveland Indians, after hitting .215 with 15 home runs and 48 RBIs through 99 games. Reynolds tends to strike out a lot, but possesses a ton of power which the Yankees need.
