The Tennessee Titans will be without their starting QB Jake Locker, who is recovering from a wrist injury suffered last Sunday. Charlie Whitehurst will make his first NFL start since 2011 when he was with the Seattle Seahawks. Whitehurst played so poor that he was pulled from that game for an injured Tavaris Jackson.
Tennessee will start QB Charlie Whitehurst in place of the injured Jake Locker today at Indianapolis.

Whitehurst should have his starting TE, Delanie Walker available for action today against the Indianapolis Colts. While Whitehurst is the veteran backup QB that coach Ken Wisenhunt will trust for this week, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that if Locker’s injury were to be more long term that rookie Zach Mettenberger could get a look.
#TItans will start Charlie Whitehurst instead of Zach Mettenberger because Locker’s injury is short-term. If long-term, might see the rookie
