The college football playoffs were a huge success this past season. As expected other cities want to have an opportunity to host the games and excitement. Now it is being reported that 14 teams are considering making a big to host the College Football Championship game. The deadline to bid for the 2018, 2019, 2020 Championship games are this May with the committee making a decision by end of May.
As of now it is being reported that Atlanta, Charlotte, Jacksonville, Miami, Minneapolis, Santa Clara and San Antonio will bid. Arlington, Houston, Indianapolis, East Rutherford, New Orleans, Orlando, Florida and Pasadena remain undecided on entering a big. Arlington hosted the inaugural Championship game this past January.
