I maybe the only person in the world, who isn’t surprised, bothered or amazed by what is going on with Charlie Sheen. This is Hollywood, stuff like this has been happening like this for years.
The difference is we didn’t have 14 million websites, radio and TV stations back then.
Robert Downey Jr. is like “That’s all Charlie did? I did that before noon in my day.” Sheen had an interview with the Today Show where he channeled his inner Allen Iverson when talking about rehearsals on the set of Two and a Half Men.
The Big Lead picks up the story from here.
Charlie Sheen gave an all-time great interview to the Today Show this morning – “I’m tired of pretending I’m not special!” – and six minutes in, he referenced Allen Iverson.
As long as Charlie Sheen doesn’t die, I think if he wants to go Tony Montana that is his business. Sheen is dropping analogies and quotables like he is on the remix of Lil Wayne’s 6’7″, so I advise you watch the entire interview.
Meanwhile this gives us an opportunity to show the greatest video of all time.
