It’s time to grow up fellas.
Two Southern Cal baseball players are embroiled in a lawsuit after they allegedly videotaped one of them having sex with his ex-girlfriend, and distributing the tape to teammates.
Former USC outfielder Vahn Bozoian had sex with his girlfriend in 2013, while teammate Sean Adler, videotaped it from a closet.
However, in March 2013, the three players agreed to secretly make a video — without her consent — of her and Bozoian being intimate, the suit alleges. Bozoian told Adler that she was on her way and he hid in the room while she and Bozoian had sex, the suit alleges.
The trio distributed the video “to the general public including … other members of the baseball team,” according to the lawsuit.
The young lady in question discovered the video some eight months after it was shot and passed around. Bozoian was kicked off the earlier this month for breaking a school rule.
