Tonight, Caitlyn Jenner received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPY Awards.
She did not walk the red carpet; however, she gave a moving speech that brought many to tears. Twitter reacted as well, showing support, encouragement, anger and all the other emotions.

courage is having the guts to do something. not the talent or the opportunity. all nominees were fantastic but @Caitlyn_Jenner deserves it

.@Caitlyn_Jenner is using her platform to shine a light. She is not occupying that light for herself and her own sake.

One can think Caitlyn Jenner is very courageous but maybe didn't deserve that particular award this year…

All the people attacking Caitlyn Jenner I have one question. Who's braver, a kid with cancer or a wounded veteran? Since we need to rank it.

@CorryAtkinson God gave Bruce Jenner the gender of being a man not a woman for him to individually change that is a slap in the face to God

@SportsCenter Bruce Jenner basically slapped God in the face.
