Former New York Knicks star Amar’e Stoudemire wants another shot at the NBA.
After seeing fellow BIG3 star Joe Johnson have an MVP and championship winning season and then subsequently signing with the Detroit Pistons, Stoudemire believes he can get back to the league also.
Speaking with TMZ Sports, Stoudemire says that he is still training and staying ready for a chance to prove himself worthy of another opportunity to shine on the game’s biggest stage.
Stoudemire just completed his second season in the BIG3 and served as a co-captain where he finished 1st in the BIG3 in blocks and 5th in rebounding.
He played 14 seasons in the NBA and was a six-time All-Star.
Can Stoudemire find himself back in the NBA?
Only time will tell.
