Xavier Legette of the Panthers Admits to Eating Raccoons

Nothing has been written about likes, although occasionally people go too far. The world puts you back in your place if you believe you have seen it all.

On the ‘St. Brown Podcast’ featuring Amon-Ra and Equanimeous St. Brown, NFL receiver Xavier Legette acknowledged that he had this specific dish on his Thanksgiving table. The first-round 2024 draft selection of the Carolina Panthers said without hesitation and with a straight face:

A fantastic adventure for Xavier Legette’s Thanksgiving

Xavier and his family, accustomed to the monotonous and common practice of eating turkey, went hunting for the day and discovered the raccoon near his South Carolina home. He said:  “Kill it, I skin ’em, cook ’em, eat ’em — all that.”

When the NFL brothers inquired if it tasted like chicken since they couldn’t believe it, the wide receiver replied, “Raccoon got its own taste.”

However, he also acknowledged that he had tried rabbits and squirrels, so that wasn’t all. Here’s the full podcast below.
