Megan Fox has been one of the world’s finest women since we saw her in the first Transformers movie (that should have been the last one, but I digress).
Since then, she has had some ups and downs, including a bizarre relationship with Machine Gun Kelly.
The one thing that hasn’t changed is that she is still fine and proven by being the SI Swimsuit cover girl for 2023.

Fox made her acting debut in the early 2000s and catapulted to stardom with her role as Mikaela Banes in the ’07 blockbuster Transformers. Two years later she returned for the franchise’s sequel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. In addition to her acting career, Fox has appeared on the covers of Allure, Esquire, Entertainment Weekly, Cosmopolitan, Rolling Stone, Elle and many other publications. The mom of three has also worked as an ambassador for Giorgio Armani Beauty.
Many people were first introduced to Fox in the 2007 blockbuster hit Transformers, in which she stared alongside Shia LaBeouf. Since then, she has starred in movies such as Jennifer’s Body, and she also plays April O’Neil in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
Sixteen years later, she found herself on the beach at Tropicalia in the Miches region of the Dominican Republic shooting with photographer Greg Swales. Despite all Fox’s experience on Hollywood red carpets and in extravagant photo shoots, posing for SI Swim was a role that even Fox felt nervous performing.
“Shooting Sports Illustrated Swimsuit is definitely a lot of pressure,” she told SI Swim. “I have a vision in my head that I’m trying to achieve, so we’ll see if it pans out for me.”
The other three cover models for the 2023 SI Swimsuit issue are Brooks Nader, Kim Petras and Martha Stewart.
