It isn’t a hard concept to grasp if you aren’t racist.
If you say All Lives Matter, Blue Lives Matter and etc you are racist. We know white people lives matter because if anything happens to them swift justice happens. If a black cop shot a white woman 7 times in the back he would already be in jail. We know Blue Lives Matter because if anyone even sneezing on a cop they are arrested and likely beaten.
Some may find it odd that Jim Irsay is the one coming out in saying this, but it doesn’t make it any less true.
