The social media star claims that Stefon Diggs sexually attacked him. Diggs then filed a defamation lawsuit against Diggs. The social media star wants the judge in their legal dispute to order Diggs to provide financial information, saying Diggs has been refusing to cooperate.
According to recent court documents, Christopher Blake Griffith and his legal team filed a motion for the court to order Stefon to provide proof that Christopher’s accusations of sexual assault have caused him financial and other harm.
Stefon is allegedly opposing the discovery process, according to Christopher, and his attorney asserts that the NFL player “does not get to sue and hide.”
In November, Stefon filed a defamation lawsuit against Christopher after Christopher accused Stefon of drugging, sexually abusing, and plotting his murder. According to Stefon’s lawsuit, Christopher purposefully and consciously misrepresented to gain influence online, severely harming Stefon’s reputation in the process.
Christopher argues in the documents that Stefon brought the action in an attempt to quiet him and that Stefon is currently attempting to “obstruct any discovery that would test his claims.”” Stefon, according to Christopher, “can’t have it both ways.”
