Brittany Renner and DJ Akademiks are officially having one of those internet arguments that somehow keeps finding new episodes.
The drama started after Akademiks appeared to take a shot at Renner. He claimed the influencer had “fell off” after moving back home following a relocation for a man.
Nothing says “good morning” like waking up and discovering someone has decided to review your entire life on the internet.

Renner, however, was not about to let the comment slide. She fired back with an accusation of her own. According to Renner, Akademiks has previously wanted to get with her.
She also brought up DJ Akademiks‘ claims that she “fell off” and alleged that her ex-husband, Kevin Gates, told her that Akademiks was “secretly in love” with her, adding:
“The irony of you saying that I fell off yet you did a 15-minute f**king segment talking about me. And let’s be really clear, this is a pattern that you do. You’re so quick to talk about my relationship with Kevin [Gates]. That n***a said the reason you do all these segments about me is because you’re secretly in love with me.”
Renner’s response appeared to suggest that she knows exactly what she thinks is happening behind the scenes. She seems to believe Akademiks’ comments are not simply random criticism.
Instead, she is accusing him of having a personal interest in her. That is quite the allegation.
For now, Renner and Akademiks appear to remain on opposite sides of this latest online clash.
Whether this feud dies down or becomes another episode in the never-ending reality show known as social media is anyone’s guess.
But one thing is certain: If Akademiks wanted to criticize Renner, he probably did not expect the conversation to turn into accusations about his own romantic intentions.
