Rasheed Wallace and everything that comes with him is reportedly set to return to the NBA.
It was reported earlier in the week that Wallace had a decent workout for the Knicks.
Some in the organization think it might be a good thing.
Reigning Defensive Player of the Year Tyson Chandler told ESPN New York he likes the idea.
“He looked good.”
“I hope he stays. I don’t know what the situation is but he’s a great communicator on defense and we know he can knock down the open 3 and the jump shot.”
“To have myself and Amare’ and to have Marcus Camby and Rasheed as backups, it’s going to be nice.”
Not sure how deep this move would make the Knicks and if it would put them near the top of the Eastern Conference.
It would definitely add another personality to the roster and worst, some need toughness.
