50 Cent is always gone “50 Cent.” Still, when you’re right, you’re just right.
In response to Teairra Mari’s revenge porn lawsuit, 50 Cent said he’s not liable for any damages to her at all because he got the pictures of the Singer right off the internet.
That’s true.
It has been a while, in case you forgot, but 50 Cent posted a leaked photo of the Love and Hip-Hop star with ejaculation on her face on his IG.
According to TMZ, 50 claims that he can’t be responsible for any revenge porn charges because he wasn’t the first person to post the picture.
Which is also true.
Teairra Mari’s side says 50 Cent went beyond a basic Re-post though, as he applied a black and white filter, to which 50 Cent says also doesn’t matter because he didn’t change the overall nature of the photo.
He didn’t. So, true.
Furthermore, 50’s teams says that the photo doesn’t fall under revenge porn because it doesn’t show any “genitals” or a “sexual act in progress.”
That is true-ish.
Honestly, it’s just another smooth argument from 50 Cent’s legal team because the picture definitely DOES overtly implies that “genitals were involved” and the photo definitely shows a “sexual act in its completion.”
Moral of the story here for us and Teairra Mari, nobody is safe from 50 this summer. Nobody.
