Championship?

Don’t think this was a prudent move by the Mavs, since I think Brand doesn’t have much in the tank. I said the other day I think they are making moves just to make them.  Even though it didn’t cost them much ($2.1 million was winning the bid), I don’t think it makes them that much better.

The Dallas Mavericks have successfully claimed Elton Brand off amnesty waivers, a league source tells Y! Sports.
