2013 BBVA Rising Stars Challenge

Last night the NBA’s youngest stars rallied together to play in the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge Game. Charles Barkley’s team demolished Team Shaq with a 165-135 victory. The MVP honors was awarded to Denver Nugget forward Kenneth Faried, who scored 40-points and 10-rebounds.

In addition to starting off the NBA All-Stars weekend,  Adidas players also made a strong impact during the BBVA Rising Stars Challenge game in more ways than one. Damian Lillard, Ricky Rubio, Harrison Barnes, Brandon Knight, and MVP Kenneth Faried all showcased the new Adidas Crazy Light and adiZero Crazy Light 2 All-Star edition shoes, while on the court.

Be on the look-out for your favorite player to sport the new Crazy Fast NBA All-Star edition shoe tonight and during the All-Star game Sunday. Faried has already won a Rising Star Challenge MVP since wearing the new shoes. Next up dunk contest?
