Steve Nash has been really good for a long time.  If you asked me in 1996 when he was drafted, I would have struggled to believe he would arguably have a better career than Marcus Camby, Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Stephon Marbury, Kerry Kittles and so on.

It’s debatable whether or not his career was better than Iverson or Ray Allen.  Last night Nash eclipsed another milestone, when he passed Magic Johnson to move into 4th on the all time assist  list.

Mark Jackson is 190 assist ahead of Nash, and Nash would have to average 7.4 dimes a game for the rest of the season to pass the Warriors coach.

I can’t see Nash passing Jason Kidd or John Stockton.

Definite kudos anyway to Steve Nash.
