When you baby a problem child, it only leads to more problems.
While I don’t question Dez Bryant’s passion to win, he has to control his emotions better. You can’t be arguing, screaming and getting into your teammates and coaches faces when you aren’t happy.
There are more productive ways to get your point across. Jerry Jones has been known to baby star players and that is what he has done with Dez Bryant.
Jerry: 'I have no issue with Dez sideline activity. He wanted to really contribute and win. No issue.' #cowboys
