The Cleveland Cavaliers are 4-12 and sitting on the brink of another disappointing season that could prove costly for the franchise down the line.
Two of the franchises core young pieces, Kyrie Irving and Dion Waiters are reportedly not on the best of terms right now. Irving is the franchise, so that leaves Waiters as the possible odd man out.
Waiters who is embroiled in trade rumors, has now let his frustrations come to a boil and according to media outlets, is being more vocal.
Waiters while addressing the media after the loss to the Celtics, seemed all about his team and his teammates.
“We gotta be men. We gotta grow up. This is not no little boys league. We can’t just turn it around and think it’s gonna be easy. This is a man’s league so at the end of the day we gotta bring it. Every night everybody gotta be on the same page. It’s a team game so at the end of the day we gotta go out there and have each other’s backs. No matter what. Losing, winning. We gotta weather the storm. I feel like we can weather it if we just go out here and do what we do.”
