Lance Stephenson is set to become an urestricted free agent this summer, and the Brooklyn native is set to cash in after working on his game and becoming a walking triple double.
Stephenson is averaging 14 points, seven rebounds and five assists this season, and according to Cris Mannix of Sports Illustrated, Stephenson could command upwards of $ 9 million a season, or a deal in the range of Stephen Curry and players like that.

Even with Danny Granger coming off the books, the Pacers would have to deal with a luxury tax to keep Stephenson. The question now is whether or a talented and multi-faceted player who doesn’t do one thing great deserve near max dollars?
