Mike Silver of NFL.com was actually able to get Marshawn Lynch to open up about his relationship with Seahawks management.
Amid reports that Seattle will part ways with Lynch in the offseason, the running back expressed his frustrations and uncertainty with the Seahawks going forward.
“Do I think I’ll be gone after this season?” Lynch repeated, pausing to consider the question. “I don’t know, man. The Seahawks, their front office gets in the media; they talk a lot. I don’t talk too much. I just play the game.
“If they have something going on, I don’t know about it.”
Lynch also reportedly chose to remain on the field during halftime, and not accompany his team into the locker room.
Lynch and Pete Carroll’s relationship has deteriorated in the wake of the the Seahawks tiring of his act. He later told Michael Robinson that he stayed on the sidelines because he couldn’t walk, and was suffering from cramps.
