We are supposed to be a country that is governed by a fair and unbiased justice system. We know though that isn’t the case.
Our justice system is very flawed in various ways, but it is the only system we have. Common sense and appropriate punishments don’t always take place. Because of that you will always have varying opinions about the subjects who did or didn’t get punished.
Using common sense, Greg Hardy in all likelihood physically abused his girlfriend. You don’t have to be a detective or prosecutor to figure that out.
But, Hardy used the money that the NFL pays him to essentially buy off his accuser. She chose money over justice and because of that Hardy’s record is now clean as a whistle.
Nine months after domestic violence charges against him were dismissed, Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy had the charges officially expunged from his record Thursday.
Hardy’s attorney, Chris Fialko, informed Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer of the decision.
While people have a right to feel however they want to feel about Hardy, according to our justice system he didn’t do anything wrong.
