The world is a sick place and now things have turned even more sour.
Widow of Sgt. La David T. Johnson, Myeshia Johnson has confirmed that a Facebook post involving her name criticizing U.S. Rep.Frederica Wilson, is fake, according to the Miami Harold.
This story got the attention after Myeshia’s husband, a 25-year-old serviceman killed, drew national attention after President Donald Trump told her, “He knew what he signed up for … but when it happens it hurts anyway.”
In a Facebook post the user says, “I want to set the record straight. I’m getting sick and tired of this so called politician using my husband as a political platform.”
The time-stamp on the post said 3:27 p.m. Tuesday. But Trump made the call at 4:45 p.m.
Michael Del Moro, a segment producer for Good Morning America, confirmed the post is fake on Twitter.
