The Shock have been in Tulsa since 2010, when the team moved to Oklahoma from Detroit. Tulsa is currently tied for second in the Western Conference at 10-7, without Skylar Diggins.
In an email to the Associated Press, Cameron said the decision was “difficult” because of the effort from Tulsa investors to keep the team in Oklahoma.
