It was reported earlier that ex-Giant and University of Wisconsin legend Ron Dayne has been the victim of not one, but two robberies within the last two months…he must be walking around with the same good luck charm as Ben Roethlisberger.
As a collective, Dayne was robbed of approximately $140,000 worth of possessions, as well some sports memorabilia commemorating the Badger legend’s illustrious career.
The Huffington Post reports:
The former University of Wisconsin and NFL running back said Wednesday that his two bowl rings and other jewellery were stolen from his home in a Madison, Wis., suburb in April. Last weekend, an apartment in Madison where Dayne lived with a roommate was also burglarized, costing him the bracelet.
The 32-year-old Dayne says he is in the process of a divorce. He says he’s not sure if he was targeted.
You don’t know if you’re being targeted…OF COURSE YOU’RE BEING TARGETED, YOU JUST GOT ROBBED TWICE!!!
Nobody’s luck is that bad, Ron. My guess is that these robberies stem from 1 of 3 situations:
A) Ron got into some things with some not so good people, possibly who he met through Antoine Walker and/or Gilbert Arenas, and now he is paying the price.
B) The divorce Ron is going through is not going as smoothly as he thinks, and his almost ex-wife put in a call to Pookie and ‘em to handle the situation and they did just that.
OR
C) Ron is not as well liked in Madison as people would assume he is.
Whatever the case may be, rest assured Ron that you ARE being targeted…no question about it…invest in a Pitbull and an alarm system.
