Eagles head coach Andy Reid said he noticed that WR DeSean Jackson matured during the 2011 season. Jackson, who will be a free agent this offseason, was inactive for a game reportedly because he skipped a team meeting. He also didn’t put up big stats as he had previously. “He stood up and admitted to everybody that he didn’t handle things the right way,” Reid said. “I will tell you that the last six games, he did a nice job for us. I was proud of him for that.” Reid didn’t specifically say if the Eagles would make an effort to re-sign Jackson this offseason.
