I am pretty sure the Magic saw those DM’s that Dwight was sending and it renewed their urgency to get him the hell out of Orlando.
No word on what the deal might consist of, but the Lakers are still trying to get a commitment from Dwight that he will stay in LA long-term.
With the Nets no longer the possibility the Lakers are his best shot to win a title immediately and repair his reputation, he would be a fool not to make a promise to resign, but this is Dwight Howard we are talking about.
