Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal entered the semifinal round of the Bellator Light-Heavyweight tournament a 14-1 favourite over Emanuel Newton. Newton must not have gotten that memo because in the first round he was able to counter King Mo’s punching combination with a spinning back fist that no one, including King Mo, saw coming.

Ben Saunders won his bout with Raul Amaya by using a left high kick to the head in the second welterweight tournament semifinal.
