Another quality safety will hit the market just as free agency is about to get in session. Adam Schefter is reporting that the St. Louis Rams will release Quintin Mikell on Monday.

Mikell recorded a career-high 101 tackles in 2012, and he started all 16 games at safety for the Rams over the last two seasons.
The 32-year-old Mikell was slated to count $9 million against the teams cap. The durable and experienced safety will have his list of suitors immediately.
