After going his entire career without an agent Ed Reed has finally hired one, in David Dunn of Athletes First.
As reported by ProFootballTalk a league source with thorough knowledge of the market for safetys believes the 49ers could be the ones to scoop up Reed.
With the addition of an agent by the veteran safety’s side, Dunn can engage in talks with teams in advance of the 4pm start of free agency on March 12th. Thus increasing the chances of both Anquan Boldin and Ed Reed reuniting on the west coast.
