A few weeks ago we reported on a rumor that the Ravens released Bernard Pollard for cap reasons, and because allegedly along with Ed Reed tried to cause a mutiny the day after Halloween because they didn’t want a full pad practice.
Pollard is now a Tennessee Titans starting safety and screaming mad about those rumors. NFL.com is reporting that Pollard during a radio interview with KILT-AM in Houston, vehemently “denied” such a mutiny attempt.
“I’m offended by that, because we walked away from that situation thinking, ‘OK, everybody’s on the same page. We’re all good,'” Pollard said. “Like I said, I’m just a little offended that the coach never stepped up and said anything.”
Pollard and Reed of course remain very close friends, but reports suggest that his relationship with John Harbaugh is a bit frosty now because Harbaugh has yet to step up and refute claims of a mutiny.
