It appears that another potential NBA lottery pick, will be missing a significant amount of time leading up to the most important period in his lives.
On Saturday we reported that University of Maryland center Alex Len, will be out 4-6 months after undergoing ankle surgery, and the projected first overall pick Nerlens Noel, has been sidelined since January with a torn ACL.
Now, according to Chad Ford of ESPN, University of Las Vegas forward Anthony Bennett, will be sidelined four months after having rotator cuff surgery.
Bennett’s agent Jeff Schwartz, told ESPN that the Canadian-born forward, will miss NBA pre-draft workouts, the NBA draft combine and summer league.
Most draft experts have Bennett going in the top-10 in the 2013 NBA Draft, even as high as the fourth selection.
